Model: Deco BE16000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20240725 Rel. 33400

Setup:

I have two camera brands on my network: Eufy and Google Nest. I have two types of Eufy cameras: one type that connects to a base station and the base station streams to the cloud, and the other type streams directly to the cloud. Google Nest doorbells are hardwired and continually stream to the cloud.

Configuration:

All cameras and base stations have reserved addresses and are connected to the IoT network at 2.4 GHz.

Fast Roaming is Disabled

Beamforming is Disabled

Device isolation is off for all cameras and base stations

Issue:

I get motion alerts from all my cameras, but I cannot stream the video from the alert. I cannot connect to a specific camera (regardless of brand) to stream live video. Google Nest Doorbells should have a continuous, unbroken video history but they don't. The history is spotty and there are numerous gaps in the coverage. Even so, what little video Google says is available errors when trying to replay it.

  @NuiX

I have the same problem with a be25.

two cameras are about 3m away from the be25, only poor connection. Most of the time packet loss.

After one hour of testing, I found out that I had to place the access point from a height of 2,3m lower to 1,5m and the connection is working fine now. So simple....
